QUACK ENGINEERS AND ROGUE TRADER

I had a one-year cover policy with 247 Home Rescue, that covered nothing. They were only interested in collecting monthly direct debits. 1st call out for a shower tap problem was declined. 2nd call out for kitchen drain blockage could not be fixed by an unskilled cowboy sent. I have to do this privately with a handyman. The annual boiler service request took the person sent three minutes only to dust the boiler with a brush.
