Review of the Monmouthshire Building Society, Savings:

Great service at the Caldicot Branch.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. They offered us tea and coffee! Not something you get at other building societies. I hadn’t made an appointment to set up an account but the branch manager made time for me and did it there and then himself, to save me from needing tocome back. I was very grateful. He explained everything in simple language and spent extra time answering my questions. I didn’t have all the information needed to set up the account but he made arrangements for me to securely phone it in later. I’m so happy that I can go into a branch and speak to someone. It’s why I decided on the Monmouthshire. Reviewed on: 29th September 2024
