Uninsurable online, the Dawn saw me right.

The online questionnaire threw me out as uninsurable, but dear tolerant, humourful Dawn sorted that out for me as usual. I only gave Value for Money a "neutral" because I have been lucky enough never to have to make a claim, so an absolutely crucial question is still a Don't Know for me (and long may it remain so). A human being, not a diagnosis.

Dawn, who talked me through the process of insuring a traveller with stage 4 lung cancer, was intelligent, kind and never lost track of the fact that she was dealing a human being the same as herself. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
