I always find the customer service staff to be frien...

I always find the customer service staff to be friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I have to go through everything every time instead of just being able to change anything that is different from the previous policy as often it is exactly the same. I find this repetitive and time wasting. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
