I have recently renewed. Since my last renewal my doctor had discovered another problem with my health that I didn't know I had. The renewals, sales and customer service team were brilliant in guiding me through the processes of adding this to my medical declaration form which already included, skin cancer, a fractured skull and a subdural hematoma. Guided by the team the process went smoothly. While I hope I never have to the process gave me confidence that they would be there for me should I need to call on them in an emergency.
