Differing experiences with advisors

The first time I rang the advisor gave me the basic information. I said I needed to check a couple of things before deciding to go ahead. He said he would ring me back the following week but failed to follow up. After waiting for 5days I rang again and got a different advisor. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my queries. I then went ahead and took out the travel insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
