the App is a little difficult to use. Not user friendly

the App is a little difficult to use and not very user friendly. Often I cant find what I am looking for and have to do a deep search. I have had no problems transferring my money out but funding my account, I find complicated and tedious, having to be handed back to the bank and so on. I have various other investment and banking apps which do not require this 'faff'. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
