Technical help outstanding ...

After experiencing technical difficulties trying to withdraw money from one of my accounts. I spoke to Vicki who could resolve the problem so far but I was still unable to withdraw from my account. I sent a message for the withdrawal to be made in house. I then received a follow up phone call from Simon who was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and patient.
