I wouldn't know where to start.I started this claim in 2022 following a water leak. Communication is dire. I'm still awaiting a return call from Saga from 26/09/24. I now have extensive damp in my kitchen from a badly fitted sink unit fitted by an " odd job person" Saga employed to do this.I am now with a new insurer but contacted Saga has it was due to poor workmanship this problem has occurred. I currently have pneumonia so living in a damp environment is unhealthy.I tried to contact them today but told " not picking up the phone" I DESPAIR. I also asked for a no or email to make a complaint I was told this needs to be done via person not answering the phone! All bright ideas or help would be much appreciated.
