Interest rates have been competitive

Interest rates have been competitive in the past, so I have chosen fixed-term products of varying durations. Some turned out to be less good in the long run, but that's always the risk you take when fixing. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Opened a regular savings account very easily. Interest rate was okay but has since been reduced. I keep all my accounts under review and will switch away if the rate becomes uncompetitive. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

I was unable to locate the maturity manager online

I was unable to locate the maturity manager online so ended up sending a series of messages to give my instructions. Responses were prompt, but would have preferred to be shown the options and make my choice in one login session. It would also have helped to be pointed towards the members only account.
