Simon Mc Cabe was so helpful during a very, very extended phone call last evening, in which I (with his assistance) was hoping to submit a deadline application to transfer our (my wife and I"s) existing maturing Darlington ISAs to your fixed one year ISA offer of 4.35% which unfortunately lapsed on 31st October. Due to computer problems and the impending deadline we probably failed to achieve the desired transfers but this was in no way due to Simon who was totally unselfish, patient and understanding. Undeservedly, he was consequently very late leaving work. His professionalism and attitude can only further enhance the reputation of your Building Society.
