My husband has seen dr Ramindar Dhillon for a nose treatment in January 2024. Dr D said that all his treatment is covered by Bupa, and so it was, until some point when we received at home an invoice from HCA, saying that my husband has to pay 100£ for a nausal cautery (which he doesn’t even remember to have undertaken).
