Great sales pitch, terrible service.

Great sales pitch, terrible service. Lots of automated emails and messages sent but no action like phone calls, visiting the debtor, or enforcement taken. Very much felt like a 'take your money and run' operation. And no updates, not even when requested via their client portal. Extremely disappointing and we will never use them again. But it was an expensive lesson. Reviewed on: 14th November 2024
