Had SAINSBURYS HOME INSURANCE for years never any claims On the one day I needed HOME EMERGENCY because I had no heating. I called them only to be told you haven’t renewed the policy but funny about that. I’ve got policy documents so when you try to call somebody SAINSBURYS HOME INSURANCE to clarify there’s nobody available Saturday Saturdays and Sundays so looks like I can’t claim against HOME EMERGENCY so don’t waste your money getting this insurance.
