Denied access to Regular saver account

I first became Member, and opened an account, in 2001 and now, being '' old '', I find I am being discriminated against when I want o open your 6% Regular saver account. finder .com says it can be opened in branch, website and app. Branch is inappropriate for me, living in the North of Scotland; I have no mobile signal and therefore find anything associated with apps difficult and when I try to apply in your website, I find it is impossible. I am being denied access to your very good 6% Regular Saver account issue 8. Reviewed on: 18th September 2025

As BT charges me 27 pence per minute to use my landline, your freephone number is key to me dealing with you. Your operator answered almost immediately.....good. She was able to answer all my questions ..... AND close an account for me. The closing balance went straight to my bank account. She didn't rush me. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024
