Shame on you.

Shame on you. I am recovering from heart attack and flu. My car needed a jump start because the battery was flat. You responded well BUT as I was on my way - because it’s a hybrid it stopped again at a busy junction and you refused to come out again saying I should have taken to a garage!! How could I get it to a garage when I was stuck at a traffic lights and the car would not move. A very kind stranger stopped and went the extra mile to assist with a jump start. Shame on you. I and my family will not be renewing with you. Shame on you. Reviewed on: 13th December 2024
