Relief at the excellent service received from Tesco.

My hearing is very impaired which causes confusion as I am elderly. However Faz who dealt with me with my next year's insurance was brilliant. He was very patient and helpful and could not have done more to assist me. Due to my hearing being even more impaired due to a bad cold Faz was amazing, he could so easily have become exasperated but he remained calm and patient. My insurance is all sorted now and I am so grateful for the help received. Thank you Faz. Reviewed on: 19th December 2024
