works perfectly except customer services

Everything in the bank is excellent. Service is excellent. Everything is excellent except for once where they lied to me and told me that the money was going into my account would be returned to the Government as it was a Pension and then they took it. It wouldn’t give it back to me. I lost 468 £5. I sent it to the Treasury and the truth you wanted 600 to get it back so the bank had cost me a large amount and would not listen to a reason. Top app for top bank

I have found Barclays to be okay to deal with the app is excellent to use I’ve been with Barclays now for some 40 odd years and have had good experience in the past that little sad to say that all banks today there is no personal touch when it comes to asking for a small loan down to an overdraft of £100 they don’t understand how that works I have to ask Computer for years ago it went on marriage other than that probably the best bank Reviewed on: 11th December 2018
