Happy first time buyers

Leek Building Society were fantastic in helping me and my husband buy our first home. As first-time buyers during a period of high mortgage rates, we really appreciated how competitive their rates were and how supportive they were throughout the process. Communication has been excellent from the start, and they’ve already been in touch promptly about our upcoming renewal. We feel well looked after and are hopefully going to stay with Leek for another 2 years. Would happily recommend them. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

First time buyers

Myself and my husband were recently first time buyers so everything felt very overwhleming however we absolutley didnt need to feel like this as Leek building society were approachable and easy to use. All documents were dealt with fast and any questions were answered promptly, we had no issues at all. Leek building society made a very scary and stressful time much easier!
