A Bank to Start a New Life

I always say this to all the people that need an account in the UK. As an international person, it is hard to start a life in the UK and Revolut provided me with all that I needed to start my life here. I needed a UK account to receive my first salary. While others banks do not accept you if you aren’t a national or if you haven’t lived here for at least 3 months, Revolut gives you a chance. Now that I am settled in the UK, I wouldn’t dare to change my Revolut for any other bank. I also like to use the saving vaults and Stock investment accounts for a long-term growth. I’ve only missed having access to a credit card in Revolut, but that is just a plus for me. Thank you Revolut for giving me a chance when nobody else did. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026

Thank you Revolut!

When we moved to the Uk, we couldn’t open a bank account because we needed to have lived in the country for more than 6 months to qualify. So how were we supposed to receive our salary in the UK?Revolut supported us by allowing us to open a bank account with just a phone number. This made our lives much easier. We are a family and it has been 3 years since we arrived, and, they remain our main bank. I keep recommending this bank that extended us a hand when none of the Uk banks would. Thank you Revolut!
