Always someone helpful at the end of the line

I've had quite a few queries over the years, including reporting a (non-fault) claim. Every time, I have spoken to an advisor who is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. So nice not to have to do everything online. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

Always easy and a pleasure

I set up 2 cash ISAs in store, transferring from other ISAs . Everything was very easy, with very friendly staff. A nice atmosphere in the store.
