Zopa were extremely thorough in my dealings with them, everything was thoroughly explained and checked which I appreciated. There were no fake promises and both myself and Zopa had to feel confident that our mutual dealings were safeguarded both at the time of application and thereafter - no hidden shocks! I can easily log both in and out of my account and view payments and interest which are clearly displayed. Other companies could and should learn from their standards of costumer relations and professionalism. One small suggestion is that a longer time might be allocated to enable customers to take a “selfie” as we are not all technically competent! I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to approach them. Even if your application is not accepted be assured that they will put your best interests before the potential interest they could financially gain from you. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025
