Quick and simple to complete. Excellent customer service. Each step explained in detail and emailed everything we’d spoken about afterwards to show was always clear on what was happening and when. Gave me a chance to access funds when a lot of other providers would not. I appreciate this. I did not feel talked down to or belittled when I struggled to secure a personal loan as I had been in the past. excellent service provided.
