Holding my ladder

Having had to rebuild my credit history, Vanquis have helped me climb the first few rungs of the ladder again. With them keeping hold of the ladder, I do not fear climbing it again. Knowing that they are there for me day or night makes me feel secure and in safe hands. I feel valued as a customer and no longer feel a stigma attached to me. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Given hope

Rebuilding your life after set backs is difficult to say the least. Zopa were there when I needed financial help, future and security. To be treated as a human being, as an individual, and not like something on the bottom of your shoe was a breath of fresh air. It was a pivotal point, I was turning a corner, the weight on my back and chest was lifting. I could stand tall and breath deeply. I still have a way to go, but unlike high street banks, I feel for the first time I am in the right financial house. I am looking forward to enjoying my time with the best bank I have ever had. Thank you zopa for your trust in me. Obtain a credit card was something I did expect. With a credit limit that was sensible.
