Where do I begin

Where do I begin ……i don’t find it straightforward and conventional and comments that reach my granddaughter like : Nanna has not sent your pocket money this week” makes me naturally angry. When I use auto top up - it allows my granddaughter to keeps over- spending and you take money out of my account automatically when she does - so some weeks I was funding over £30 + lots of extra service charge fees when you transfer more than 1 time per month. Her pocket money should have been £2.50 per week. Despite me trying to explain and educate her in basic “save some spend some “ this account hasn’t taught her anything.
