Happy customer after years saving with them

I've been a Zopa customer (smart saver, and ISA account) for years now. I love the simplicity of their App. It provides the info you need in a very transparent way. Once I got locked out from the account because the system identified transactions as suspicious, and it was a pain to go through support calls and chats to regain control of it... but I guess this is part of having improved security.
