The best app for a first time buyer

Following getting my first career level job, I have been using Tembo to save for my dream countryside cottage (think escape to the country!). Tembo has been a brilliant help in achieving this goal providing a market leading interest rate, to help out beat inflation and preserve spending power. As I have savings shared across over platforms too due to the LISA limit, I have found it particularly helpful to be input what this figure is so, which Tembo takes into account when providing the time to target reached metric. As I’ve approached my target, I’ve started using other really useful features such as the personalised timeline of actions to take at different time points to be able to close and move in on a certain date you select. As a first time-solo buyer this a godsend having an actionable list I need to complete, and understanding more about the nuances of when these activities need to be completed. Intuitive and easy to begin the first investment steps

Before investing, I knew little and was worried the system would be complicated. I found invest engine so intuitive, it’s easy to see where your money is, how your pie is broken up. The app on the phone is great to be able to check ever so often on the investments. I also liked how they provided safety information when signing up so you knew of the risks.
