Approachable, Uncomplicated and Jargon-Free

The details and terms of the product in which I was interested were presented in a clear and concise form and the application process, straightforward. I am impressed by the security measures relating to my account. Based on my experience, my partner Sally also opened an account and was similarly impressed. Joining was a simple and user-friendly process

I have been considering a stocks and shares ISA for some time. However, the application process with other provides, including my main bank was so complex as to be intimidating. Shepherds Friendly certainly lives up to it's name. Reviewed on: 29th December 2018
