Trust Zopa to do a great job

I found the process both straightforward and humanising. By that, I mean that when I received a call to talk about my application, the caller was very empathetic, professional and personable. I felt valued. The rates have always been good, dashboard is easy to use and customer care again, swift, thoughtful and personable. I felt like a valued customer and have recommended Zopa many times as a result. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
