On the whole I highly rate PayPal .

On the whole I highly rate PayPal . My one niggle is their customer service when things go wrong on a sale as a buying client I find them sometimes harsh . When a Problem occurs they often side with seller with no offer for the buyer ,so you can loose money Reviewed on: 27th June 2026
