Community based feel with great user experience

Monzo's communication style is so focused on what the customer needs; I feel like I've had to opportunity to join consultations on big changes (i.e. fee structures, international withdrawals) and the user experience across the app is well thought through - for a new bank I feel incredibly safe banking with them, which is quite a feat. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019
