The customer service is excellent.

The customer service is excellent. I was with Moneybox before and moving across to Tembo their difference in customer service really stood out. The app is also easy to use and intuitive. I would probably just prefer interest to be paid on a set date would be my only gripe. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

I moved to Tembo after Moneybox’s introductory offer...

I moved to Tembo after Moneybox’s introductory offer ended. I was a little worried to move as I hadn’t heard of them but they have been amazing. Their customer service team are super helpful and very quick to respond. Their rate has kept going up even though the BOE rate is going down, so it is now even better than Moneybox than when I first moved. Overall just great experience so far.
