Absolutely Unacceptable: Engineer No-Show TWICE

I am beyond furious with the disgraceful service I have experienced. I booked a repair with you, and on not one but TWO occasions, your engineer failed to show up or even have the basic courtesy to call. This is despite my providing clear instructions and your team's repeated reassurances that the first failure would not happen again.
