Absolutely Unacceptable: Engineer No-Show TWICE

I am beyond furious with the disgraceful service I have experienced. I booked a repair with you, and on not one but TWO occasions, your engineer failed to show up or even have the basic courtesy to call. This is despite my providing clear instructions and your team's repeated reassurances that the first failure would not happen again. Your incompetence has wasted my time and tested my patience to the limit. I took time off work twice, waiting 4-6 hours each time, only to be completely ignored. This is not just unprofessional; it is outright unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. I demand immediate action to: Reschedule the repair at a time that is entirely convenient for me. Provide a full explanation for this appalling failure. Ensure that your team takes this issue seriously and does not waste another second of my time. I expect to be contacted immediately to resolve this, or I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.
