Excellent banking experience

Excellent customer service and financial benefits

I was dubious as to whether an 'app' bank could provide good customer service, but Chase have certainly delivered. On the occasions I needed support I have received a prompt phone call and immediate support/resolution. Combined with 1% cashback, no charge for using overseas and a really user friendly app, this has been a great choice of current account Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

The way a bank should be

I was sceptical about opening an account with a purely online bank, fearing that customer service would be restricted to the 'bot' level, but in fact the level of customer service when I have needed to speak to someone has been exceptional - better than dealing with traditional banks. I receive 1% cash back and interest (currently 4.1%) on the account, and a round -up scheme for a small additional saving, plus no.charges for using abroad. Couldn't get much better!
