They do not care in the slightest

If I could dump them I would, when I was self employed and trying to establish a business they were worse than useless, I couldn’t in all honesty recommend anyone to bank with HBOS. I’ve been a customer of theirs since the 1980s and I am good at managing my finances but they don’t take that into account. Best credit card I have ever had

When I was clearly struggling whilst self employed they didn’t try to “help” by making my situation worse. They are always nice to me unlike my bank. Reviewed on: 5th January 2019
