Review of the Virgin Money, Credit Cards:

Good offers regularly, dated bank technology

Virgin are competitive, such is the only reason most people will choose any credit card. The big plus I give Virgin is that they continue to offer additional 0% offers long after you opened the account - this does make it possible to keep it if you didn't want to keep switching credit cards every other year. However, Virgin Money have no banking app for any device, no contactless card and no Apple/Android Pay integration. What more is there to say on that? Perhaps the fact that as a customer you don't find out that these features are missing until you've received the card, because in 2019 it is assumed that a card provider includes options like this. Easily the best bank in the UK right now

Monzo is the only bank I know that actually makes banking so much easier. The whole experience of the app features, customer service, community, and continued improvements to the service make it a positive experience from start to finish. Even simple things like immediately knowing when money enters or leaves your account is something that I can't imagine not having now. Thanks to Monzo, even I can save money now!
