The mobile app is great!

One of the best things about banking with NatWest despite the great service is their mobile banking app! I never even need to call up or contact NatWest directly as the majority of my banking needs or transactions can be done in the app. On the rare occasion that I need help with something I like to use the secure messaging feature which I find really useful and convenient when i'm at work.
