Avoid if you want a branch service

The service in store is terrible, I have used the Norwich branch on a number of occasions. You can't deposit cash and there's always a massive queue and not enough staff actually serving . I went in today and there's staff just walking around chatting about what time they are going home and there's no attempt to serve customers waiting. I gave up after 15 mins wait just to deposit a cheque! This isn't a one of it's always the same! Reviewed on: 9th January 2019
