Initially skeptical now delighted

I am elderly and reasonably new to online banking so it was a big step to have an app only bank account. I have had to phone Chase customer service a few times and have been very impressed how quickly they reply, how polite, professional , and helpful they have been. From being quite skeptical at first , I now have every confidence in Chase banking experience. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
