Simple life helper.

Zopa loans have made my life easier throughout the years. I have never experienced any problems. Customer service are so helpful and the process is very easy and easy to understand. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022

My safety net

I've used zopa on different occasions. One time to be able to fix my teeth which made me feel more confident, another for home improvements and one time I had a loan that I reaised didn't need and it went so smoothly after speaking to customer services about doing this. I don't recommend any other loan companies at all but this one. Reviewed on: 19th March 2021

Excellent caring customer service.

I was approved for a loan which I received very fast into my account. I did not need this loan after all and panicked a little but I spoke with a lovely calming customer service employee who helped me through the process to amend this. I was so nervous and scared that it was too late but it wasn't and I was so relieved. But I will without a doubt be using zopa again if I needed too. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
