Great customer service

I have not experienced a long wait time when contacting customer service with a query and they always answer my questions clearly and it’s more reassuring to speak to someone when you have a money worry rather than looking up FAQ, etc. And the interest rate is ok too, much better when I joined 5 years ago though!
