Absolute God send

Honestly I would be a nervous wreck if it weren't for Stepchange ! From day one they have made things simple and you don't have to talk to anyone if you wish not to it's all done online through your DMP (debt management plan ) you can add or change debts that have come through the letter box that you had forgot about and once you have paid one debt off they let you know . You can access you plan at anytime but if you are in financial hardship and are stressed about the next steps then please don't hesitate to start the ball rolling with Stepchange , you have not got to feel your a failure , do it today and start to feel free again . 10/10 5 stars Reviewed on: 7th May 2026

Zempler bank really looks after it's customers in every way , they give us the chance to find out what modern day banking is all about . Low APR rates on loans and credit cards , easy to use app it really is that simple , give them a try and find out for yourself . Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

3rd year and still outstanding

On our 3rd year with ripe , and despite slight increases in premium they are by far the best we have dealt with. Customer service is really good , friendly advisors who have a lot of knowledge about what cover your after . Reviewed on: 22nd September 2025

A fresh way to bank !

I absolutely love my chase account , it's fresh , simple and everything I need at my finger tips ! I'm slowly working my way throughy friends and family who have also started to change banks . I can open different savings accounts for different things , I get feedback of how far I am from target it's just so different , banking up until now has been so boring that much so I've cancelled my previous bank account of 15 years ! I would recommend Chase bank account to anyone that wants to be 100% in control , give it a go you won't be disappointed. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
