"Early adopter at Zopa"

I was an early adopter at Zopa. I made some suggestions, in the spirit of continuous improvement, and - unlike any other bank in my experience (and I have used many banks!) - not only am I pleased to say that Zopa acted on them, but also made a modest 'thank you' goodwill payment. The best of the 'challenger banks' are showing the old 'high street' banks how banking should be done, and Zopa is right up there at the top - having knocked my previous favourite Starling into second place on the basis of much better interest rates. Quick and easy to apply, straightforward and highly competitive proposition, and does what it says on the tin... the old "High Street" banks need to shape up fast, as they face an existential threat. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025
