Fantastic account, app and customer service

The Natwest Rooster Card and accompanying app make providing children with their first bank accounts and bank cards a secure, easy and rewarding experience. The chore management functions give a transparent and trackable means for managing chores and regular allowance disbursement. The security features also make it very easy for parents/guardians to retain control of their children's spending as they start getting to grips with financial independence. The customer service experience is also exceptional as I have had to recently contact Natwest when it looked like there was a suspicious transaction on my daughter's account; this was dealt with swiftly and I was able to easily clear up and understand what had happened within minutes of making contact. Highly Recommended Children's account provision

The Natwest Rooster account provides an excellent mix of genuine banking functionality with child-friendly interfaces such as a chores list and ability to view their own money. The safety and security features such as dynamic CVV numbers and instant notification of transactions to parent devices is also similarly great. In terms of value for money, I was pretty happy with paying the monthly fee but as a Natwest customer with other products I also get Rooster for free as part of the customer offer so it is even better.
