Been with Natwest over 10yrs and I can't rememb...

I've been with Natwest over 10yrs and I can't remember having an issue that I didn't get results in them resolving. Also. I love the rooster card for kids and even the fact that they remove the monthly charge which other banks or companies that provide same products charge monthly for. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

IT'S THE BEST I'VE USED, CAN'T FAULT IT...

well i used to have used other accounts for my daughter before i knew about rooster money, and they were ridiculous. half the time the app wouldn't do what it was set up to do or it would just crash and they would charge me for that monthly, but this account with natwest is a life saver and because i have a current account i get it for free. So I love the customer service who were quick to help on the occassions i've contacted via the app and resolved the issue or answered questions successfully. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025
