A welcome port in a filthy storm

After entering a debt management plan, my credit went from fantastic.... To awful.... ...... In the space of 3 months!!! So when it came to getting a mortgage I was refused by everyone!! Mainstream lenders and specialist brokers... Haysto came up with the goods though, and actually treated me like an individual. They took my situation and personal circumstances into an account and found me a lender. They then had an open dialogue with them and I was, as above, treated like a person and allowed the opportunity to put my case forward, (a genuine interaction, not just 'computer says no'). Haysto were in touch constantly with updates. When the mortgage was agreed and their fee was paid they were STILL in close contact and went as far as chasing the solicitors on my behalf for updates regarding my purchase. It was expensive, but they were up front about ALL costs, and I was able to make an informed decision. All in all absolutely no complaints. They offered me a lifeline when no one else would, I'd definitely recommend them. Rich.. Reviewed on: 19th February 2025
