User friendly website with brilliant customer service.

At Christmas when you get paid early from work you kinda think I need to make sure keep money for my loan but with plate I love the fact they send text/email to say you can pay that months instalment early just by following a link. Also love the fact if you want to check how much is remaining it’s a simple email from plata to login. Website so user friendly. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026
