Have tried to change signatories in a business account.

Have tried to change signatories in a business account. 14 months later no success despite proving everything they asked for. No business advisors in branches despite their “misleading” advertising. Have to fax documents to the business department from a branch. Documents going missing! Nobody acknowledges receipt and I had to keep calling for updates. A member of staff made a complaint on my behalf! Sorry how did she know how I wanted to frame my account? They got my name wrong on 2 occasions and refused to speak to me on the last phone call! Got a lawyer on to it and he emailed the CEO and the business and customer support teams. He was ignored by all! Disgusted! Reviewed on: 22nd February 2025
