Me and my partner had our first baby 9 weeks early, am off work unpaid leave , called up before the payment was due to let them no , to be told they couldn’t do anything until I paid 6 months payments, I think this is shocking, paying for service and a company can’t help you out! I will come out of this contract early and go elsewhere! Reviewed on: 24th February 2025
