Amazing service from Callum! 10/10

The house buying process was absolutely brutal through 2 different properties and 2 different solicitors and a 10 month process, but Tembo were absolutely incredible throughout. Callum was a literal angel and if every part of the house buying process worked in the way Tembo works then it would be a much better system! Callum could not have been any better- no question was ever too much, and his responses were always so quick, accurate, and he was so spot on with sorting everything and managed to get me the best deal possible. As someone who doesn’t like phone calls and finds this kind of thing overwhelming, the friendly, chatty vibe was perfect for me as it removed any additional pressure and the speed of emailing honestly felt like you were texting a mate! On some very stressful occasions Callum always managed to make me laugh AND help in any way he could (the stressful occasions were never due to Tembo yet Callum was always happy to assist) 10/10 service no notes to make it any better. Would always recommend Tembo to any family or friends should they need this service. Definitely worth the money 10000x over. the whole process was fab from the first man I spoke to on the phone to set it up (sorry I can’t remember his name!), to then Rhys, to Callum. Also Lauren from the protection side was amazing and SO friendly too- could reiterate exactly what I had said about Callum for her too! Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! Absolutely amazing service. Rhys was so friendly and helpful from the very start, made a potentially daunting experience a lot less stressful and put me at ease. Found the best deal and was happy to answer any questions. Callum has also been amazing throughout, no question has ever been too much and he has been happy to answer a million that aren’t even his job to really answer! Communication is so quick, replies almost instantly in comparison to other services, they will give you answers in simple terms that you can understand, and have helped with co ordinating all the parts like surveys and solicitors. Very grateful to have the support and would recommend Tembo to anyone I know, especially Rhys and Callum! If only every other part of buying/selling was as good and stress free as the Tembo part!
